Tablet Habit was founded by Jeff Perry in October 2017 after realizing how many people were amazed when they heard that he uses his iPad exclusively. The site provides regular coverage of iPad news, reviews, and more about the iPad and how you can make you iPad work for you.
Jeff has been an iPad user since the iPad Mini was released back in 2012 and really started playing with the idea of using it as his main machine when iOS 9 was released in 2015 while using an iPad Air.
Inspiration for this blog came from MacStories, Federico Viticci, Jason Snell, Six Colors, David Sparks, Myke Hurley, Stephen Hackett, and Relay FM.
What’s with the name?
Tablet Habit got its name because friend of the website Mike Rapin mentioned it as a possible name when he and Jeff were talking about this in its infancy. It matched the two things this site covers most: iPads (Tablet) and productivity (Habit).
